We have a double bedroom available in our modern open-plan flat from 1st September 2021.

About the rooms:
The small double bedroom comes furnished with a double bed, small chest of drawers, wardrobe and additional storage located just outside the main room. There is room for additional furniture in the room (currently a desk and tv stand are in there and will be removed when the current occupant moves out) and you will share a modern bathroom with two other people.

About the flat:
The flat is split across three floors, with an open plan kitchen/living area on the first floor, three bedrooms and a shared bathroom on the second floor, and a fourth bedroom on the third. The kitchen comes fitted with a washing machine, separate tumble dryer and dishwasher.

The block of flats also comes with a communal private grassed area, which is particularly useful in the summer for BBQ’s! Whilst there isn’t parking specifically for the flat, there is a free car park a 2min walk down the road, and the main road itself only has restrictions between 10-11am every weekday.

About us:
You will be sharing the flat with myself, my flatmate Abbie and one other person moving in the same time as you. Ideally we’d like to have either a boy or girl aged between 25-32. We both enjoy film nights, trips to the pub (when allowed) and generally hanging out, but are also respectful when people need their own personal space. We’re looking for someone who’s easy to get along with, tidy & clean (especially in shared areas) and enjoys sharing the odd bottle of wine (or two) after a long week at work.

25min walk to Clapham Junction station or a 20min bus which leaves from the County Arms (3 min walk around the corner)
