One of our housemates is moving in with her boyfriend, so looking to fill the room.

• Move in mid-September but flexible on exact date.

Fiona - 29 works in marketing
Rosie - 29 works in a physio clinic
Aisling - 25 works as an occupational therapist.

• Ideally looking for:
> females
> similar age (25-32).
> people that will commit minimum 12 months
> not looking for a party house
> working professionals. Ideally with a similar working pattern (Mon-Fri, working hrs) - mainly due to noise as the bedrooms are all close together so otherwise we end up waking people up.

• Bills:
The rent alone is approx £560 per month + bills.

Gas/electric is on a meter so including all bills, the total is £643 per month. .
(internet, tax + Netflix is included in that price).

• The Room:
A good size double, with built in wardrobes and built in desk too.

The house is furnished, really spacious and loads of light. Theres a large kitchen, living room, 1 bathroom and outdoor patio space. Parking space also available.


The flat is located just off Wandsworth Common.
10/15mins walk to Wandsworth Common train station.
15/20 mins walk to Earlsfield
20/25 mins walk to Clapham Junction.
