Looking for someone to take over my lease in Clapham Junction/Wandsworth from mid December (can be flexible on dates).
You’ll be sharing with two existing housemates, Jamey (28) and Lucy (25).
The house:
- Huge open plan kitchen/dining/backyard
- Separate living room
- Around a 10min walk to Clapham Junction station
- Next to Wandsworth Common
The room:
- Large double
- Unfurnished, but option to buy the bed and drawers
- Shared bathroom with 1 other
The lease is fixed until Feb 2026 with an option to extend - we’re ideally looking for someone to fill the room long term (landlord is really flexible). You’ll need to pass referencing and would love to get the ball rolling asap on this.
The house was unfurnished when we moved in, but Jamey and Lucy will be staying in the house and they have already furnished it.
Looking for someone who is clean, tidy and respectful. The house is quite social but equally enjoy our downtime :)
