I’m looking for a professional to take over my bright double room in a lovely all-girls flat, ideally located in the leafy area of Wandsworth Common.

* Bills: £138 pcm
* Deposit: c.£961 (ignore the £800 on the ad that's an error!)
* Available from: 1st April 2026
The flat has a shared kitchen, living room and bathroom (bathroom shared with one other).

The room will be partially furnished (tbc but the bed is staying and most likely the wardrobe).

The flatmates

You’ll be living with two fabulous girls:
* Ema, who works in property
* Serena, who works in TV

We’re sociable, clean and respectful of shared spaces. The flat has a relaxed, friendly vibe — we enjoy watching reality TV together and are all pretty active, particularly into running, gym etc.

Who we’re looking for
A friendly, tidy professional gal (aged 25-35) who’s sociable but also respectful of communal areas.

* 20-minute walk to Balham or Tooting Bec (Northern line)
* 1 minute walk from Wandsworth Common
* 5 minute walk to Bellevue Road (coffee shops, Mini Sainsbury’s, pubs and restaurants)
