* Flat-sharing with me and my mini Cockapoo Billy - it's my flat, so is homely and looked after

* Dog lovers are very welcome! Billy is very friendly and (mostly) well behaved!

* Huge shared living room with French doors leading out to furnished private garden with BBQ etc

* All bills included - utilities, council tax, Netflix, Apple TV, Prime & broadband etc

* Very close (2mins walk across the road) to gorgeous Wandsworth common, pubs & shops + 12mins lovely walk through the common to Northcote Road

* Separate large kitchen with usual mod cons

* Brand new bathroom with bath & shower etc

* The flat is in a safe, leafy residential area & has gated entry, so is very secure, with buzzer entry system.

*Preferably looking for someone who doesn't work from home every day. I usually WFH 3/4 days a week.

TRANSPORT: lots of options
- Tooting Bec (Northern Line) is just up the road, walk or 219 bus direct.

- Wandsworth Common train is 12 mins walk then direct to Victoria (Via Balham, CJ, Battersea Park etc). Also direct to London Bridge.

- Earlsfield train is 10mins walk down the road for direct train to Waterloo (12mins).

NEIGHBOURHOOD:

- very safe, leafy and great transport links, very close to Wandsworth Common, Tooting Bec, Balham, Clapham Junction / Northcote Rd

- The County Arms (Youngs) is 2mins walk

- Beautiful Bellevue Road (Wandsworth Common) with great pubs (The Hope & The Antelope), tennis courts, cafés, boutiques & Sainsbury's etc is 10mins across the common.

- Northcote Road is 15mins lovely walk through the common - or hop on the 219 bus

- Bikes: have a very secure bike shed, within the secure gates.

About me:

I do PR, am very chilled at home & often away for work or fun, festivals, visiting friends and family etc.

My flat is a really lovely, homely and cosy (never cold)!

Very much up for watching Netflix, Traitors, sport etc. and sharing the odd glass of wine, as and when paths cross, but equally (obviously) very respectful of your own space. There is a very well stocked drinks trolley, but definitely not a huge party house!
