We're renting 1 double bedroom in our 3 bedrooms flat , good size kitchen and laundry room (new washing machine and dryer) on the ground floor
Room is on the firs floor, big with build in wardrobe, double bed a (new bed and mattress)
Flat has separate bathroom and loo on the first floor. We try to keep flat tidy and minimalistic
We're quite, easy going ,happy people, working full time Monday to Friday. We live in this property for over 4 years now and looking for new person to share with us . We love to travel quite often . Love sports and meeting new people.
No living room but kitchen is free most of the time
Flat has great location 5 min from Wandsworth common park and river Thames . 15 min walk from Clapham junction. Very good connection with city centre!
Very quite, save location and nice neighbourhood.
If you're interested you can come to see the room and meet us every Monday-Friday after 7pm
Thursday, Friday (Can be in the morning) and weekends anytime
The room is free from 15 September 2019
