Hello there,
We have a fully furnished double room available in our flat from July. Bills are around £60 a month not included in the rent.
About the room: It’s at the back of the house, overlooking the garden so it’s very quiet. It comes fully furnished (double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers). It has great lighting and it’s a good space to work from home if needed.
About the house: It’s a two floor apartment with a terrace, a toilet downstairs and a full bath upstairs shared between four individuals. There is no living room but we have a couch in our kitchen and use the dining table for drinks and the occasional card games. Comes fully furnished (washing machine, two fridges, dishwasher, microwave etc).
About the flatmates: You will be sharing the house with Vicki and Maros and Yan. They are easygoing, friendly people. We have all had our own separate life but also shared a lovely bbq on the terrace and drinks every now and then - especially during the lock-down :)
PLEASE NOTE! We’re looking for someone who is willing to commit to a eight month contract and is currently employed.
Looking forward to meeting you!
