We have a fully furnished Hugh Double size double room in split level mansionette. The room comes with double bed, a chest of drawers, 2 wardrobes, TV Unit and other shelving units.

The flat is split level mansionette with 4 rooms ( no Living-room), Kitchen with dining table, bathroom & separate toilet. The kitchen is spacious with dinning table and many cupboards.

Everyone keeps the place clean and tidy and we want you to be the same. And also there is a cleaner coming for the common area every two weeks, which is included in the price.

The location is fantastic! Right opposite Wandsworth Road Overground Station, and a minute away from bus stops where you can catch buses going to the city centre or to Clapham Junction. Clapham Common and Clapham North and Stockwell Tube Stations are 11-15 minutes away on foot and, if you need to catch a train, Wandsworth Road Overground station is just 1 minute away. Battersea park is 15 mins away on foot if you like to run in the park.

Lots of local shops and restaurants including a TESCO Express, Portuguese Delicatessen ( strongly recommended) and for the big weekly shopping you have Sainsbury's or ASDA 5-10 mins away by bus.

Council taxes, water bills, broadband, TV license and telephone line are INCLUDED in the price. Electricity and Gas ( pounds about £20-£25 per month) are EXCLUDED.
