Hello!

I live in a lovely 2-bedroom flat near Clapham on the Wandsworth Road. My flatmate is moving in with his partner in mid-May, so I'm looking for a new flatmate.

It’s located a ten minute walk from Clapham Common, with Battersea Power Station nearby, and great transport links to Vauxhall and Clapham Junction. It’s a two-bed flat with two bathrooms and a shared living room.

The room available is a double bedroom which comes furnished.

I’m a young professional working at a museum, and work one day a week from home (from my room). I'm a big reader, very much a homebody but also friendly and sociable :)

I am friendly and tidy, and easy to get on with. I enjoy spending time with housemates over a meal, board game or a film, or heading out to the pub. I am also happy doing my own thing and am respectful of people's space.

Rent is £730 per month, with heating included (which makes a big difference!). Other bills (internet, council tax, electricity, water) tend to cost us about £150 a month each approx.

The current contract is running until February 2025, and it's not suitable for short-term lets.
