Flat has an open plan kitchen/living room and a small balcony. The apartment is on the 5th floor and is accessible via a lift. All appliances: dishwasher, oven, fridge freezer, washing machine. Wide screen smart TV with Netflix and wifi.

The building is quiet with young professional/family residents. There is no parking available at the property but there is a secure bike rack in the building.

10 minute walk to Wandsworth Town overground - Waterloo in 15 minutes. 15 minute walk to East Putney Station for the district line. The building is situated near the river and Wandsworth Park is a few minutes walk away. There are restaurants and coffee shops within a few minutes walking distance, with a local Sainsbury’s on the next road and coffee shop on the same road.

I'm a live in landlord who is a professional, I spend 2 days in the office a week and not around much. This is not a party flat. Would suit someone looking for a temporary home space.

Short-term lets only, minimum 2 weeks and maximum 2 months. £280 per week or £1200pcm, all bills included.
