Spacious and bright Double Room

Hello!
We are Dam and Alice and we are looking for a new flatmate!

THE ROOM
The room is the biggest of the three in the flat (as big as the living room), with windows all over one of the longer walls (so it’s very bright), a huge wardrobe and a double sized bed.
The room will be available from now either for short and long terms.
£750, bills not included but around £60
THE AREA
The flat is located in Wandsworth:
- at 5 minutes walking from Wandsworth Town Station where you can catch South Western Railway trains to Waterloo (calling at Clapham Junction and Vauxhall);
- well covered by buses (also at night) to Central and West London (average 30 minutes routes);
- 3 minutes walking from the Southside Shopping Center where you can find several shops (H&M, Oliver Bonas, Flying Tiger, Decathlon, Next, River Island, JD, Footlocker, SportDirect, Tk-Max, Planet Organic, Holland and Barrett, Boots and more), restaurants (Rossopodoro, Wagamama, Nando’s, Frankie and Bennie’s and more, including fast food restaurants) and a Cineworld Cinema;
- 3 to 5 minutes walking from a big Saintsbury’s, a Tesco Express and a small Co-operative;
- at walking distance from several
gyms, pubs and parks.

THE FLAT
The flat is organised over two floors:
- First floor: Very spacious shared living room with three couches and wooden floor, and a big and furnished modern kitchen;
- Second floor: with carpet covering the stairs and the floor of the three bedrooms, and cool shared toilet with shower and bathtub (with tiles, no worries :P).

US
We are two young professionals working in the area, both friendly, open minded and very straight forward. We enjoy the shared spaces and we like to keep them clean, neat and tidy (we are not obsessed or mad about it though, no worries, just common sense and respect to keep things going well).
We like music and movies, and we happily go out for beers, to parks, art exhibitions and occasional techno parties. We also like simply laying on the sofas reading books and chatting listening to very nice (I’d say even amazing) music.
