Double room available in July in Wandsworth Town

If you are looking for an even better excuse to stay at the Ship on a Sunday until the bouncers physically remove you then look no further.

With my current flat mate soon to be moving out to live with his GF, I now have a double room to rent out in my 2 bedroom apartment. The room is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, side table and chest of drawers. It's not an official En-suite, but it comes with it's own bathroom, shower and bath included.

The flat is modern and contemporary, complete with concierge service - handy if ASOS is one of your most used apps and features a huge south facing terrace which is perfect for enjoying the benefits of our global warming on.

Wandsworth Town overland is a 5 minute walk away and the nearest tube is East Putney, but most importantly McDonalds is a mere 2 minute stroll away. There's also a Virgin Active very close by, if you like the local pub and golden arches as much as me.

I'm looking for someone fun, sociable and tidy who is keen to have a laugh but isn't a complete party animal (especially in the week). My interests include most sports (rugby and football in particular), going to the gym, socialising with friends and family and watching crime dramas like CSI, Luther and True Detective.
