ABOUT ME:
The aim I took upon myself is to make your stay as happy as possible. If you have anything troubling you, need repairs, need advice about the area or have any other issues let me know. I know plumbers, electricians, and handymen in case of any repair problems that pop up.

YOUR HOME:
Your home has been recently refurbished to a high end spec. Almost everything is brand new and top of the range. It's in a cool area with nice bars, cafes and restaurants close by. The transport links are great and SouthSide shopping center is a 2 min walk which is massive! Also we have a parking space out front.

GETTING AROUND:
Traveling around the city will be a walk in the park (not literally)! The transport system is very convenient and makes exploring very easy.

Because the place is just a 10 minutes walk to Wandsworth Town station:

- 2 minutes to get to Clapham Junction
- 10 minutes to get to Vauxhall
- 11 minutes to get to London Waterloo

The place is also a 10 minutes walk to East Putney tube station which means:

- 8 minutes to get to Earls Court
- 8 minutes to get to Wimbledon
- 14 minutes to get to Notting Hill Gate

Believe it or not I myself found the tube to be a harsh learning curve when I first arrived here! But if you need help just give me a message and I'll be more than happy to help!

There is only a £100 security deposit required that will also be returned once you move out and I will also require first and last month's rent up front.
