Available from 1st September, or sooner can be considered, I have a double bedroom available in a modern and fully furnished flat in Wandsworth, 1 minute walk away from Southside shopping centre.

My housemate moved out a couple of months ago to return home during lockdown so I will need someone to take their room.

The flat has 2 bedrooms with a spacious open plan modern living, kitchen and dining area, as well as a dishwasher & washer dryer. The flat is fully furnished, we have Sky TV and broadband, and there are 3 rooftops for residents of the building for BBQ's and sun.

The bedroom itself is a spacious double bedroom with a large sliding door closet. You also have sole access to the main bathroom complete with bath and shower as the other room has its own ensuite.

You will be sharing with myself (Nic), 28 years old, working in corporate sales as a Sales Manager. I'm clean and tidy around the house and enjoy spending evenings watching TV and just generally chilling. Looking for a professional with a similar personality to join.
