Gorgeous flat | Zone 2 | Room w balcony & bathroom

Hey!

i'm moving into this lovely 2 bedroom apartment right by the river between Wandsworth Town Station (Zone 2) and East Putney Tube (Zone 2/3), on the 24th August and I'm looking for someone to join me. Access to Waterloo etc. is great!

The room is a really clean double with built in wardrobes, it's own PRIVATE balcony and a private (but not en-suite) shower room right across the hall.

The rest of the apartment consists of fully kitted out kitchen, dining space, lounge, another balcony, loads of storage cupboards, and then my room which has an en-suite (but no balcony)!

There's a pub on the end of the road and another couple of pubs and shops close by, with access to all of the local amenities in Wandsworth, Clapham, Putney & Battersea all within walking distance.

The apartment will be fully furnished (I can show you pictures of my current place to give you an idea of the stuff!) but if you would rather bring any furniture for your room, I'm sure I can get rid of some things.

The rent is £900 pcm, with another £100 (est) of bills on top which will include everything else, including broadband.

I'm a clean & tidy, respectful housemate, working fairly long hours Mon-Fri and away some weekends so I'm not always home. Well up for socialising, binge watching netflix or having some wine and cooking dinner together, but also equally happy to chill alone too!

Would prefer to live with another girl of a similar age if possible :)
