Cheap room Wandsworth/Clapham junction

Looking for a new roomie in our friendly flat share!
3 Australian's (2 girls and 1 guy) We all work usual working hours.

Preferably looking for a guy to balance out the house.

Due to the current condition two of us do work from home, there is quite a big dining room table though if a third needs to.

Quite social, we hangout with the neighbors a fair but also do our own thing.

Rents cheap and the place is massive.

12 minute walk to Clapham Junction and about 8 minutes to Wandsworth town.

Large living room, dining area, big kitchen, 1.5 bathrooms and a big garden which we recently grew grass for! (Furlough life)

Room is a decent size, king bed with a wardrobe and shelves.

Bills are not included but come to around 85 -125 a month (season dependant) with Sky tv, WiFi, gas, electricity, water and council.

Move in date Mid to end of May 2021
