We’re looking for a flatmate for our modern riverfront 4th floor flat with a gym and concierge in Wandsworth Town, 5 walk from Wandsworth Town station and 15 min walk to Clapham Junction.

The flat is large and spacious, part of the new Battersea Reach complex on the river, and has a large kitchen/lounge and two balconies, one with river views and one that would be yours privately.

You’d get a large, modern furnished double room with great built-in storage and a private balcony, and sole use of the flat’s main bathroom just outside your door - which has a shower and bath etc. (We also have our own).

Building has a free gym to use and 24-hour concierge/security. Also on the site is a Tesco, cafe, restaurant, bar and spa.

Northcote Road and Old York Road, along with The Ship pub are all a close walk.

We’re a young couple (25 and 30)- not couply at all - Josh works in hotel marketing and I’m a journalist. We both travel a lot for work, so are looking for an independent flatmate, but who also loves a good kitchen chat and the occasional flat drink - we’re social but also very chilled.

Rent is £1,070 pm excluding bills, but bills are only around £60 each.

Washing machine/dryer, dishwasher, iron, wine cooler, sound system, WiFi etc all at the flat.

We move into the flat on 15th Feb, so you’d be moving in totally new with us, and can make it completely your own/ the room will be sparkling clean :)
