Double room for rent - luxury block

I am a live in landlord looking to rent out the second bedroom in my flat - new build with many amenities including concierge, gym, lift and bike storage. Very easy transport links with closest stations Wandsworth Town and Clapham Junction, as well as many buses and the ferry. The flat has shared living and dining areas and a shared bathroom. Fully furnished. Lovely pubs, restaurants and shops close by on foot. The front of the development is on the Thames so only a hundred or so metres from the front door to the water.

Ideally looking for another professional that doesn’t work from home full time (I do max. 1 day per week but often not at all). I love a chat and to share the occasional meal/wine so would hope for a somewhat social flatmate if possible :) I like to have friends around occasionally but also go out socially and enjoy travelling regularly. Would also consider mon-fri renter or shorter term lets.
