- Secure 1st Floor flat in a private, gated community with parking available.

The rent is £695pcm, all bills included, with a deposit of £800.

⁃ Must work a 9-5, Mon-Fri job
⁃ Must not WFH
⁃ No visitors (no exceptions)
⁃ No pets
⁃ Non smoker
⁃ Fully furnished small double bedroom so you will not be able to bring additional furniture or excess belongings.
⁃ Minimum £28k pa salary (You must be able to provide 3 months payslips as proof of income - for rent affordability checks)
