We have a double room available in our 3 bed split level flat in Wandsworth Town.
The flat is fully furnished, however, the room is unfurnished and will be sharing a bathroom with one other.
We're both working professionals in HR, we've known each other since 2016 and this is our second time living together! We've been here since August 2023, room is available as our current housemate has moved in with her boyfriend.
We're very chilled, enjoy going out to eat for dinners, coffee, brunch and pilates now and again! I've also recently trained with The Gel Bottle and do nails which we are both definitely making the most of. We both work from home 2 days a week.
Looking for someone easy going, tidy and respectful as we are both super house proud and definitely enjoy the finer things in life lol.
Rent: £1,000 per month
Bills: £110 per month
Ideally looking for someone from April but can be flexible!
