Bright single/double room in Wandsworth Town

Hello! My flatmate and I are looking for someone to move in on the 26th of May (or few days earlier/later) to our 2-bed, second-floor bright flat in Wandsworth Town (in a good location). The contract is until November 2024 with the possibility of extending it for another year.

Deposit is £1150.

The flat is on a quiet street on Garratt Lane in Zone 2. It’s a 10-minute walk to Wandsworth Town Station, a 15-minute walk to Earlsfield Station, and a 20-minute walk to East Putney Underground Station. It has excellent bus links to lots of places, including central London.

Right opposite on the other side of the street is a small river and behind is a huge King George’s Park. It’s also a 5-minute walk to Southside Shopping centre, where you can find a big Waitrose, and to many pubs, restaurants, cinema and food places. Our flat is also next to a huge Sainsbury's.

My flatmate Alex works for the Civil Service, and he is usually in the office 4 days a week and WFH on the other day. He really likes gigs and traveling to Wales. We are looking for someone who’s clean, tidy, and friendly to replace me.
