The bedroom is a standard double size, with a large built in wardrobe, private balcony and room for a desk, drawers and bedside tables etc. The room will be unfurnished.

About the flat:
The flat is SE facing, on the top (fourth floor) of a new building (2021). There are two double bedrooms (one with an en-suite with a shower) one shared bathroom with a bath, an open plan kitchen living room, two storage closets and a large balcony which opens into both the living room and my bedroom. You will have your own private balcony. The flat is furnished by the current housemate, you will have to provide your bedroom furniture, and white appliances came with the flat. We are lucky enough to have very high ceiling as it's part of the apex of the roof.

About the flat-mate:
My name is Carly, i'm a 29 year old creative working in the city.
I'm originally from Bristol, but moved to London 10 years ago.
I enjoy food and wine, art and music, i'm very social and have a good social circle. I work in the office Mon-Thurs and WFH on Friday's.

I often work quite late, and weekends i like to explore the city, i'm looking for someone with similar interests. My old flatmate and me had a lovely relationship, where we both had our own lives however when we were both in we'd enjoy cooking and films together. I like to live in a clean and tidy house and would like someone who is the same.

About the ideal housemate:
Ideally you would be a friendly, likeminded working professional, who enjoys being social, but is also happy to do their own things. Someone who enjoys the outdoors and will be respectful of the flat, keeping it clean and tidy. Someone to enjoy new tv series with and a few glasses of wine in the pub. Ideally, you would be working from the office or hybrid working.

The current housemate is flexible with moving dates, she is looking for a place with her boyfriend, they have pencilled the 31st of May as this is when her tenancy here ends, but it could be sooner if they fine a place. We are starting a brand new tenancy so everything is easy. these run on a 12 month contract, however this is also on a two month notice period which can be given at any time.

I will be taking viewings on the 19th of April for the flat.
