Bright Double Bedroom Wandsworth/ East Putney

Hello,

We have a bright, fully furnished double bedroom for rent as our current housemate is leaving to travel before heading back to Australia.

Bedroom:
The bedroom is very spacious with lots of storage space. It is fully furnished with a chest of drawers, a built-in wardrobe, a desk that can be provided if needed, and also has a TV which can be fitted to the wall. Happy to remove any furniture not needed or if you want to bring your pieces and happy to provide if you need anything else.

Flat:
The kitchen is fully equipped, so you will have everything needed for cooking. One bathroom which has a bath and a shower to be shared.
Currently, there are two of us: a me-Lithuanian girl and a British guy Charles in the flat, we are both in our 30s, both professionals and relaxed people.
Unfortunately, the flat does not have a living room, so living here is more independent and we pop into each other usually when in the kitchen.

Area:
The flat is a 5 min walk to Wandsworth Park, Thames River, Wandsworth shopping centre, Wandsworth Town high street with shops and pubs and restaurants.

Travel links:
Walking distance to trains of Wandsworth Town/ Clapham Junction stations. East Putney Underground station with District Line just 8 min walk away. Bus stops just minutes walk away.

Council tax. TV licence and water bills are included in the rent payment.

Bedroom is available from 1st May.
