The house is half a mile from Wandsworth Town station, and one mile from Clapham Junction station, with excellent transport links into Central London via both train and bus (including Night Bus)

The room located on the first floor is a generous double with south-westerly aspect that welcomes the evening sun, making it feel warm and welcoming. The room comes equipped with bed-frame and mattress, wardrobe and chest of drawers.

Set over three floors the house has a:
i) shower room with toilet, on the top floor;
ii) a bathroom with toilet on a mezzanine floor;
iii) a toilet on the raised ground floor.

The house also has a kitchen and lounge which are also very generous, with the former coming equipped with: i) a gas cooker;
ii) a good-sized fridge/freezer;
iii) a microwave;

We are 3 professional guys looking for a nice, respectful and considerate housemates. It's David working in IT, Fabien working as a language teacher and Alex working in marketing. We're quite tidy, not OCD tidy but not leaving washing up for a week either.

Looking for someone similar! I enjoy movie nights, pub nights, and completely antisocial nights depending on what mood we're in. Looking for someone to come and get involved and treat the place like a real home.
