💰 The important bit:
Rent is £820 pcm + bills (around £50/month)
Deposit: £821.25.
There will be a small rent increase for this new tenancy (TBC).
Room available from 13th April, possibly from mid March.
🏠 The room:
A bright double room, semi-furnished with a bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. You’ll mainly share the family bathroom with the wonderful Hannah. This room would best suit someone who WFH maximum 2 days a week.
👭🏼 About us:
We’re Jess (29, events), Dd (29, film & TV) and Hannah (28, graphic designer). We’re social and enjoy hosting, but also love chilled TV nights. We’ve lived in the flat for a total of 5 years and see it as a proper home, not a co-living situation.
✨ About you:
Friendly, easygoing and sociable, looking for a home rather than just a room. Ideally a like-minded woman in her late 20s/early 30s who enjoys spending time together but also has her own life going on.
