Double room available, 2 mins to train with garden

1 Double room available - available 1st march , but flexible on move in date. Would prefer to get the right person in.

I have recently renovated the house last year. 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms.

When you leave the house, you can be on the Wandsworth Town platform in 2 minutes, straight into waterloo. Beautiful quiet street, pub on the corner, The Alma on the road behind. 2 minute walk from Old York Road with lots of restaurants and pubs and wine bars ect.

Bed included, rest of the furniture was bought the current tenant but he might leave it. Might be able to be purchased or can discuss the best plan.

Short term let fine with option for longer. Looking for someone is pretty relaxed and is up for being part of the house ect.

Bedroom is on the 1st floor. Big kitchen with island seating, open lounge, garden (I've still got some planting to do), big master bathroom. Southwest facing garden. Big built in BBQ I finished a few months ago.

Bills £100p. m. , fast virgin Internet , gas electricity, council tax, cleaner once a month , water , amazon prime tv , sky sports, tnt sports, virgin TV ect

I have a cat , he's a house cat and pretty relaxed but ideally need someone who likes cats

Current flatmate is moving in with his girlfriend so room is available. Housemates
typically like exercise and going for a pint, both have active lives. I work from home a fair bit and work from the study. Space for desk in the room as one currently there atm.
