Double room with own bathroom in New Acres

Hi!

I’m looking for someone to buddy up with me to rent a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom flat in New Acres Wandsworth.
I have already done the viewing and I’m about to secure the flat, I’m now looking for someone else who would be a good fit to share the flat with!

Move in date would be 7th or 8th of March subject to referencing going quick, but date can be slightly flexible if needed.
New acres are doing 50% off for the first month rent for all leases signed by end of March which means that the rent would be slightly cheaper than the one listed on the ad.

It’s a brand-new development with amazing amenities, and a great community.
The flat is on the 8th floor, and it has a nice living room and a balcony overlooking the swimming pool and the river too.

I’m French, and I’m 27yo.
I’m a tennis coach in Wandsworth common, I’m friendly, active and sociable.
I’m really into running, gym, spending time with my friends, watching movies, exploring the city.
I would like ideally someone with similar interests where we can also do things together, but I also really value my own space too.
