A bright, spacious double room is available from late March / early April in our friendly flat right in the heart of Wandsworth Town.

I’m moving out due to family reasons, which means a great opportunity has come up in a genuinely warm and positive home.

You’ll be living with Max and Harry, both 25-year-old working professionals who are relaxed, sociable and very easy to get along with. They enjoy sport, the odd drink and a good laugh — but they’re often busy with work and plans, so don’t be surprised if you end up having the flat to yourself quite a bit!

The flat is spacious and ideal for both socialising and chilling. There’s a big living room with a balcony and a huge 70-inch smart TV (which is unreal for films and sport 🤣), plus a second sun-trap balcony that’s perfect in summer. The kitchen has loads of storage and two fridges, making shared living really easy.

The room itself is a comfortable ground-floor double, slightly set away from the others so you get a bit of extra privacy. It also comes with its own smart TV and stand, ready to move straight into.

Tucked away in a quiet cul-de-sac but just moments from shops, pubs, gyms and cafés, the location is spot on. You’re around a 10-minute walk to East Putney Underground Station and Wandsworth Town railway station, making commuting really easy.
