A lovely, light and airy large house of good proportions. The bedroom faces south with a door opening onto its own private, sunny balcony. The balcony faces south and lovely to sit in the sun. There's a table and bench.
It is fully furnished with a petite double bed, desk, chair, shelves and a large wardrobe. The room and house are painted a soft cream and everything is in good condition.

The kitchen is large with a dining area in it and all the equipment you could possibly need to cook with and eat off.

The bathroom is fully tiled, big with a shower in it.

The shopping centre is a 6 minute walk with gyms, supermarket and cinemas. Wandsworth Town station is also a 6 minute walk and Clapham Junction 10 minutes away. It's a really convenient location.

It's a peaceful, friendly and cheerful house and I am a Christian. We're all quite busy and mix as and when with a lot of respect for each other and fairly independent.

It's a happy place.
