this is Riccardo. I'm renting out a spacious double room in a tidy and clean flat, located in Wandsworth Town (zone 2).

What do I offer?

Well, the flat has wooden floor, with secondary glazing windows, to ensure a warmer environment.
Fast wireless connection with Community Fibre.
The room is fully furnished with a double bed, built-in wardrobe, 18" flat TV screen, desk and a chest of drawers.
You will be sharing kitchen, toilet and bathroom with myself.
Cleaning on rotation basis for the common areas.

All the amenities, including The Southside Shopping Centre and a giant Sainsbury's, are located within 3 mins walking from the flat
The area is 35 minutes far from the city center. Clapham Junction station is 15 minutes away.
Bus n. 87 would take you to Westminster bridge and Trafalgar square and bus n. 44 to Victoria both within roughly a 35-40mins ride.

What do I require?

Someone tidy, clean, responsible and considerate who is respectful for the house rules, non smoker.

£950 per month + £450 in advance required as deposit.
Bills are included except for portable electric heater (£100 surcharge per month).
