Hi everyone!

Small double room available from 1 May, with some flexibility. Free any time from now if you wanted to move in sooner.

Room is furnished with a double bed, two big shelves and a full length mirror. Small amount of under bed storage and enough space for a drawer unit if you wanted to add one. Previous flatmate left a clothing rail you are welcome to use or remove. The bed has a brand new mattress - you'll be the first person to sleep on it!

The flat has great cosy vibes and is in a fantastic location on a safe, peaceful street in Zone 2.

-Well connected to everywhere in central London
-10 mins walk to Wandsworth Town station
-20 mins walk/10 mins bus to East Putney and Clapham Junction stations.
-12 mins train to Waterloo, Victoria or Vauxhall
-5 mins walk to bus stop with lots of buses and night buses to all over London
-5 mins walk to Southside shopping centre with lots of shops, restaurants, cinema and full size Sainsburys and Waitrose
-Lots of cute cafes, pubs, restaurants, coffee shops, gyms, yoga studios, and parks in the area

In a building with 5 other flats, neighbours are all nice. We are on the 2nd floor so no garden unfortunately but there are lots of lovely parks nearby. The kitchen and bathroom are about to be freshly painted this month!

-I work as a Social Media Manger at an agency for theatre and film clients. Currently 2/3 days a week in office, the rest WFH
-In my free time I like seeing friends, going to the theatre, finding good food places or fun things to do, relaxing with a bit of telly, and I'm trying to get a better fitness routine going
-I eat mostly vegetarian, usually stick to the handful of meals I know how to make (haha!) but I always want to improve my cooking skills
-In my 30s, open to any age flatmate, I get on well with anyone
- From Cardiff, lived in New York for a few years, have been in London 10 years now (woah!)

Like to keep the flat clean and tidy and am an easy going, kind and respectful person. Would like to live with someone similar!

I'm in a clean living era trying to use only products with non toxic ingredients. Someone with a similar mindset would be ideal!!

Up for being friends and going out together or happy to do our own thing and just have the odd catch up over tea or a meal if we're both home.

Bills are on top of rent, half way split of everything. Bills are: Council Tax (Band D), Water, Wifi, TV Licence, Gas and Electric, currently come to £113.20 each per month.

-Rent due 1st of the month
-One month's rent as deposit
-No fees, reference checks or guarantors required
-One month notice to leave
-Welcome to stay as long as you like and no minimum stay, ideally looking for someone who wants to stay at least a few months and treat it like home!
-Landlady lives in Canada and has a friend here in London who can help with anything we need like repairs etc. They're both really nice
