Room in riverside flat, Putney, with gym and pool

I am renting a lovely furnished double room in my apartment in a recently built, luxury development. There are two bathrooms so you'll have sole use of the family shower room.

The apartment has a large open plan living, dining and kitchen area with beautiful winter garden overlooking the river. There are two gyms on site as well as a pool, jacuzzi, steam room and sauna.

Riverside Quarter is walking distance to Wandsworth Town with easy access to Clapham Junction and Waterloo. There is a free shuttle bus in the morning and evening to East Putney on the District line or it takes 12 minutes to walk there. The Riverbus stop to central London is also only a couple of minutes away.

I'm used to having a flatmate and relaxed about sharing my space. I'm looking for someone who is pretty easygoing but also relatively tidy, sociable, who won't object to the occasional civilised party.

The monthly rental includes all bills (reasonable use), council tax and use of the facilities in the complex.
