En-suite double room in the Tonsleys

I have an amazing, cozy, beautiful room in Wandsworth Town that is available. I’m only giving it up as I have to move for work otherwise, I would never leave!

The room is North-West facing and has wonderful double-glazed large Velux sky windows that overlook Skyview in this lovely area. The loft room is on the top floor in a 3 floors building, so you never have people making noise above you.

There are a large double wardrobe and many Chester drawers that can hold so much – suitcases, all my clothes, shoes, and boots, coats, toiletries, cleaning products, extra bedding and towels, laundry hamper, drying racks… it all fits nicely and neatly! And if that wasn’t enough, it also has a large chest of drawers. The room also comes with a bed, a bookcase, a lamp, a full-length mirror, and a small nightstand as well. Lastly, there is also some hanging space behind the door, and there are two sets of electrical plugs in the room for easy charging.

The house does is laid out as 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and a kitchen eat-in dining room. The bathroom and kitchen have just been completely redone, and there is a beautiful shower, sink, and heated towel rail. In the kitchen, you will have two large cupboards, one that case be a pantry and one for pots & pans. The cutlery and plates etc. are all shared. You share the fridge and there is a lot of counter space for food prep.

The rent is £850pcm and includes all bills. The deposit is one month’s rent as well and is held in a tenancy deposit scheme (TDP). The move-in date would be 1st. March and the minimum stay is 6 months. The only major house rule is no overnight guests. The other 3 persons and are all working professionals and enjoy a quiet, calm place to come relax after work.

The Southside Wandsworth shopping center is 6min away with lots of shops and a large Sainsbury’s for grocery shopping. Clapham Junction is a 10min bus ride away. It is a 4min walk to Wandsworth Town Train Station served by SouthWestern Rail that goes to Clapham Junction, Vauxhall, and Waterloo.
