Great flat and even better flatmates

Hey Everyone,

We have a large double room in our awesome flat in Wandsworth town. The room is available for someone ASAP.
The flat is about. 6-7 minute walk to Wandsworth Town train station or bus stops directly outside the front door to Clapham junction.

You would be sharing with 2 really friendly easy going flat mates- we would love to find someone who will fit in easily and is relaxed and looking for someone who is looking for a home and not just a flatshare.

The location is amazing, you seriously have everything on the door step with a choice of restaurants, gyms, bars, supermarkets pubs, green space, parks etc. There is also secure gated parking at the flats as well.
If you like green spaces there are plenty of parks and commons nearby.

The room is a good size double with plenty of storage. We have a really nice living room, kitchen and bathroom with everything that you could possibly need. There is plenty of storage throughout and if you have a bike there is a secured section downstairs. The garden is absolutely massive and is perfect for summer bbqs.
Also if you have a car there is private secured parking for the flat which has automatic gates for entry.

Bills are shared amongst the 3 of us and the council tax is extmely cheap being in Wandsowrth.
