Room is ideal if you need a convenient London base short-term, or a cheaper alternative to air bnb whilst you’re staying in London.
This is a short term let for a single person only. Female preferred - Min 1 month - max 3 months.
Bedroom is on the first floor, and adjacent to the main bathroom with walk-in shower.

Main bathroom is shared with myself and another flatmate.

Bedroom has hanging space, double bed, armchair.

Room is for a single person only. Sorry no couples.

House is 5 mins walk to Snaresbrook & Wanstead tube stations for an easy commute on Central Line to the City & Liverpool Street (20 mins), Stratford & Olympic Park (10 mins), Canary Wharf (20 mins) and West End (30 mins).

Close to M11/ A406/ A12 - paid parking outside Mon-Fri via RingGo, free on weekends.

House is located in Wanstead Village conservation area in a quiet street opposite a pretty park and adjacent to bustling Wanstead high street with wine bars, pubs, restaurants, Costa, Gail’s, organic deli’s, post office, pharmacy, grocers, Ginger Pig butchers, Tesco, M&S Foodhall and Co-op.

Large green spaces of Epping Forest are 10 mins walk away at Hollow Ponds, great for running or for a lovely dog walk!
