Good house mate required

Hi!

My name is Dan. My good mate is leaving our lovely 2 bedroom flat which is in a ridiculously convenient location in Wanstead, East London. The flat is really cool and is 2 mins away from Wanstead tube and all the bars and restaurants on the high street. We're on the fancy road in Wanstead but for some reason it's very reasonably priced. It's also very quiet. Because of where the flat is, it's a 25 min door to door trip to Liverpool Street which is very convenient. The Central Line also runs all night at the weekends.

The flat has 2 double bedrooms, (I'm in the smaller one) a separate dining area and living room and a decent sized kitchen and bathroom.

I'm a very easy going fella and I consider myself to be outgoing and sociable. I manage 3 complex needs mental health services which can be quite demanding. In my spare time I likd to do the usual gigs, travel, going out etc. I know pretty much everyone says this, but I'm genuinely very respectful of the people I live with and would like to meet someone with a similar outlook. I'm also always up for a giggle.
