Double Room for Female Housemate all-Inclusive

Female Lodger Preferred

Our current housemate from India is moving out after completing her studies and returning to India for a new job opportunity. Her room will be available from 6th April 2025, and viewings are now open.

I am looking for a female lodger, ideally an international university student who follows a vegetarian, vegan, or halal diet.

The room is a fully furnished double bedroom in a spacious and peaceful home in the leafy Wanstead area. The household currently consists of just me and my child. We are quiet, friendly, and respectful. I work full-time during the week, and my son attends school.

House Details
• Shared access to the rest of the house
• Household supplies provided (cleaning products, linens, towels, kitchenware)
• I cook once or twice a week (Italian, Middle Eastern, Mediterranean), and you are welcome to join for meals

Household Expectations
• Keep shared areas tidy
• Clean up after yourself
• Weekly vacuuming and shared cleaning of communal areas

House Rules
As this is a halal household:
• No alcohol
• No pork
• No male visitors

Female friends are welcome to visit and stay overnight.

• University of East London: 10–15 min by bus
• Queen Mary University: 35–45 min by bus
• Leytonstone/Wanstead Underground: 10–15 min walk or bus
• Central London: 20–25 min by Central Line
• Local hospital: 10–15 min bus or 25 min walk

Viewings: 5th March — 5th April
Weekdays: 6pm-9pm | Weekends: 12pm–6pm
