Huge, bright, neutral room that has been newly renovated. Its currently me and my lovely housemate, Candy, living in the house. We are looking for another person to join our peaceful home. £800 per month including bills (excluding council tax).

My name is Simran, I am a HR professional living in London who loves walking, admiring art, and socialising. I recently renovated our gorgeous house in Wanstead, East London, E11. It's bright, spacious and has been newly carpeted and painted. This house is located in a perfect spot - 8 minutes away from Wanstead underground station and 10 minutes from Snaresbrook underground station. The area has a village feel, with many pubs and restaurants close by (and only 20 minutes away from the excitement of central London). There are also lots of green spaces and a forest in close proximity.

Candy: I'm Candy, I'm 30, I work in book publishing. I'm kind, clean and considerate as a housemate. I like to read, write, volunteer and be active. I like to socialise but like my own company too. I work from home 3 days a week.

What kind of tenant am I looking for:

We are looking for someone who is neat, tidy, respectful and kind. It’s a shared space, so it's important that you are invested in making the environment warm and cosy too. The minimum length of tenancy is 8 months but I am sure you'll want to stay longer. No pets and no smokers please.
