We are looking for an open-minded single professional person to join our newly decorated house.

A bright double bedroom in a spacious three-bedroom house with a window overlooking huge garden. the room is furnished with a double bed and mattress, a mini fridge, a wardrobe-attaching mirror.

the house is 10-minute walk from Wanstead station and Wanstead High Street, a 5-minute walk from Wanstead Park (Epping Forest) and Wanstead Golf Club.

You would be sharing the house with Tan and Silvia, the live in landlord. There is a bathroom, downstairs toilet, open plan living room – kitchen -diner.

Tan is 34 year old, Financial adviser and Musician. Silvia is a 32-year-old Centre manage in London Buddhist centre, loves doing yoga, meditation, and swimming. As you can imagine we like calm and quiet environment. We love going out to enjoy live music, theatre, and night life.

All Bills are included. e. g: gas, electricity, water, broadband, council tax, cleaner comes every fortnight to clean the communal areas.
