I'm relocating to Brighton, therefore I am looking for someone to replace me In my current contract, starting from 2nd May. There are 5 more months left (ending Oct), however there is the possibility to extend if you wanted to stay.
The flat is on the third floor in a property located about 6 minutes walk from Snaresbrook Station, very close to Epping forest and also the lovely Wanstead High Street. It takes roughly 20 mins to get into central London on the central line so it's a great location to commute but also a quiet place to come back to.
The place is mostly unfurnished, apart from the bed and the wardrobe. There is a large communal garden at the back of the property which is a treat now that the sun is returning.
I am renting as a single occupant however I believe the landlord would consider a couple. Bills aren't included and I would estimate around 220.
