Double Room in Wanstead large flat (female only)

Hi! I’m Carla, 38, a professional female living in a spacious, relaxed flat in Wanstead with my two very friendly cats, Loki & Bear 🐾 (so cat lovers only please!).

I’ve got a bright airy double room available (furnished or unfurnished) and I’m looking for a like-minded flatmate (female only) to share a calm, happy home with. The vibe is grown-up, friendly and easy - definitely not a party flat, but also not walking-on-eggshells quiet.

I’m into fitness, cooking, walks, Muay Thai, the odd local pub or dinner out, and cosy nights in with a good series. I’d love to live with someone who’s similar - considerate, clean, and up for a chat or shared meal, but also happy doing their own thing.

I work from home, so ideally I’m looking for someone who’s out at work most days (hybrid is totally fine). Wanstead is a great area with lots of green space, lovely cafés and pubs, and good transport links.
