🏡 The Room

A large and bright double room with beautiful bay windows, a kingsize bed and TV. The room gets plenty of natural light and feels spacious and comfortable — perfect for someone looking for a peaceful short-term stay.

The flat is on the third floor of a charming 1930s building overlooking Christchurch Green. It has a balcony and a cosy shared living area. The flat also has a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need, including a washing machine, dishwasher, air fryer and cappuccino machine for your morning coffee.

You’ll be sharing with two professional women (Swedish and Italian, 37–38 years old) who are clean, respectful and easy to live with. We’re looking for someone tidy, considerate and responsible.

Wanstead is a lovely, village-like area with a great community feel. You’re surrounded by independent cafés, restaurants, pubs and green spaces. Wanstead Park and Epping Forest are both nearby — perfect for walks or runs — while still being well connected to central London via the Central Line.
