Mid Century home on the basin

SHORT TIME LET - UNTIL 5TH MAY.

We are 3 friends living in a very special and spacious 3 story house (4 bed , 3 bath, kitchen, dining room, living room, washroom, guest room) on shadwell basin.

We are all professionals and we work and travel a lot, so we dont see each other much during the week, but we love to hang out in the weekends or occasionally travel places together.
Mariell is from Norway and works in arts and culture, Lauren is English and works in art and fashion, Jas is from New Zealand and works in the city.

We have a no-shoe policy inside and we have a lot of plants so it would be beneficial if you care about your home environment, love to care for living things, and want to contribute to a warm and happy home.

There is a separate washroom (with a washing machine) as well as a guest room with a double sofa bed, so there is plenty of space for the occasional family/friend overnight visit or for drying your clothes in a dedicated room.

The room in question is not one room, but two small rooms across the hall from each other, you could have one as sleeping room and one as walk in closet? The bathroom with bathtub on ground floor (same floor as your two rooms) will be solely used by you.

For £1000 per month you get two small rooms (one bedroom one office/walk in closet?) and your own bathroom with a bathtub. Essentially the whole of ground floor will be used by you only.
