Double room available in 3 story town house with garage and garden overlooking the canals. Quiet location, spacious ground floor kitchen, large living / dining area, one communal bathroom shared between 3 (bath & shower).

The room is on the ground floor, very spacious and comes with a double bed, bedside table and wardrobe. Deposit is £938, rent is £700 per month, and bills are usually £100 per month (includes Internet / Netflix, the usual bills, and any left over money spent on shared items) - No agency fees!

Wapping is a quiet hideaway with beautiful riverside pubs, numerous parks, lots of eateries, coffee shops, walks, and views of Tower Bridge and the Shard. It's an ideal location for anyone working or spending lots of time in the city, who enjoys the ability to walk in to Shoreditch / Liverpool St. / Aldgate and more but escape the crowds and the chaos when it comes to home life.

The Current Flat Mates are Pete, Matt and Jessie. 2 Brits and 1 Kiwi working in Marketing, HR and Project Management. We enjoy a chilled out living space but also enjoy a few drinks!

We've got a really good vibe in the house. We’re often found huddled on the sofa watching Netflix or listening to music, working out, having drinks in the park or one of the local pubs but also respect each other’s privacy and space. We're a social household looking for someone chilled out to join in with the current dynamic.

We're 10mins walk from Wapping overground and the highstreet (Bakers, Butchers, Chip Shop, etc.), 3min walk to Waitrose, 20mins walk to Liverpool Street, 5mins walk to restaurants and bars throughout St. Katherines Dock and Wapping, and walking distance to Shadwell DLR and Tower Hill tube.
