James and Mark are looking for a new housemate to take over my large bedroom.
The bedroom is located on the first floor of the house, South facing in a very quiet area. We have a garage available, spacious garden, one large living room/TV room, very large kitchen with a dining area on the ground floor. We even have a wine cooler (but we don't really use it).
The house has two bathrooms for 3 people.
The house has a large amount of storage space, you would have a large wardrobe, and there is an additional attic for extra storage.
Mark and James are very clean and respectful professionals and are looking for the same. Give us a buzz if interested. We are holding viewings this weekend on Saturday and Sunday morning. We look forward to meeting you. Very sad to leave the house but I am moving in with my other half.
