Lease transfer

Bedroom

Looking for someone to take over my part of the lease , total length of the lease is 3 years about 2 years remaining on the lease. I am heading home so need to say good bye to this amazing place.

Note: Dexter will need to do reference checks so only taking people who have all their documents, bond and rent ready to go. Lease transfer will be from the 3rd of September.

About the flat;
- 3 bedroom/3 bath townhouse in Wapping
- located a 3 mins walk from the station. Quiet area, 20 min walk to either Tower Bridge to the right and 20 min walk to Canary Wharf to left.

The layout of the House;
Ground Floor: Garage, your bedroom, own bathroom, laundrette, and a back courtyard
Second Floor: Balcony, lounge, Dining room, kitchen, and a desk and screen which you are welcome to use
Third Floor: 2 bedrooms with ensuites (two other housemate's rooms)

Flatmate: Dan will be the remaining housemate and doing the viewing, he works in recruitment and works from home 3-4 days a week. He is normally out most week nights with tag rugby commitments and some charity work.

Looking for; Someone who is tidy, preferably working from the office during the week (not mandatory), sociable and easy-going. Not really a party house, but happy to have people over for dinner or chilled drinks welcome.
