Hi I live with my husband in Suffolk mainly, but stay in Wapping generally only Tuesday - Thursday (2 nights), and approx 1 weekend a month. I am looking for a flat mate from Monday - Friday - although 1 weekend per month okay by arrangement. The flat has a shared living space, kitchen and bathroom, 2 small gardens (one off the bedroom facing North and one off the living room facing West) and a small garage which would be available for use nearly all of the time (approx once per month I drive up and need to charge my car in it:, but visitors parking can be arranged overnight).

Rent includes all bills (provided new flat mate is not in the habit of having the heating on all day or leaving the lights on).

The flat is 5 minutes walk from the river and St Katherine's Dock. It is a very quiet location and is in a well looked after block with concierge and excellent maintenance.

There is a piano in case that was of interest. Quite old and needs tuning. We have had a few lodgers over the last 10 years, all of which have worked out well. They can provide references if need be.

Would prefer no guests while I am there, as there is only one bathroom.
