Double room in Wapping (Mon - Fri) inc bills

Hello,

I have a furnished double room, for single occupancy, available from mid-May/ early June. I am looking for a new housemate to live in the room during the week (Mon – Fri.)
The room is furnished with a double bed, built in wardrobes and a bedside cabinet.

The flat has a spacious, light living space – a living room with open plan kitchen and view of the River Thames! The flat has all the standard stuff: washing machine, fridge, freezer, oven, microwave etc. There is a shared bathroom, with bath/ shower.

Additionally, there is use of a parking space available in a secure garage and a communal garden overlooking the Thames, with views of the Shard and Tower Bridge.

The flat is situated in a great location in Wapping. It’s a 10–15-minute walk to the vibrant areas of St. Katherine’s Dock and Tower Hill where you’ll find lots of charming restaurants, cafes, and historical pubs. There are several historical sites nearby including the Tower of London, Tower Bridge and within walking distance to Borough Market.

The flat is very well connected, being a five-minute walk to Wapping Station (Overground), fifteen minutes to Tower Hill station (Circle and District Lines) and Tower Gateway (DLR). The flat is also within walking distance of Aldgate (Circle and Metropolitan lines) and Aldgate East (District and Hammersmith & City lines.) The 100 bus stops outside the flat and runs every fifteen minutes.

I am looking for someone that is friendly, easy going, clean and tidy. I’m happy if you want/need to use the flat for the occasional weekend.
