Hi there - we are a flat of three boys working in tech, civil service and law. I am moving abroad for 4 to 6 months and looking for someone to take over the empty room while I am away.

The bedroom has a double bed and desk in so you can work from home in the room if needed. There is also wardrobe space etc.

The rent is £730 pm and bills are about £220 pm (including counsel tax, internet, water, electricity etc) - so you are looking at about £950 total.

The flat is next to the river and gets lots of natural sun - great for summer time! There is a big living room and separate kitchen. There are two bathrooms. One which is an en-suite so you will share a bathroom with one other person.

The flat is 5/10 min walk from Limehouse station - which is on the DLR and only two stops on from bank - so it’s easy to get into the city. Trains to bank are very frequent there is one every 2 mins or so. It also takes about 45 mins to walk to Shoreditch or you can walk to Wapping or shadewell overground stations.
