Double Room, Lovely Wapping, Parking Available

Looking for someone to move into a double room in my lovely three bedroom terraced house in Wapping. £1,200 incl bills. Ready for move in ASAP!

We have a large kitchen, lounge, garden, bike shed, dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer. Your room is freshly painted 🏠 There is also a parking space available at special request 🚗

Currently there are three of us: two kiwi siblings + a partner. We’re looking for a fourth to join us!

Ideally, you’ll be a sociable young professional in your mid twenties, looking to make friends with us, but also have your own hobbies and stuff you’re passionate about! Two of us work in finance, one is an engineer. We get around by cycling and spend our weekends doing various sports and activities. Also very keen on board games and hoping to host a party or two! If you’re a big partier, this probably won’t be the place for you though - we like a night out every so often but not all the time.

The house is walking distance from Sainsbury’s local, Wapping GP, Post Office, Shadwell Basin, local parks, and the Ornamental canal in Wapping. It’s fab for running routes and having some peace & quiet whilst living super centrally. It’s an amazing location if you work in the City or Canary Wharf.

🚇 Nearest stations: Wapping Overground and Shadwell Overground & DLR. Also a Santander bike station at our doorstep.

We have been doing a lot of work to get the house freshly painted but there are still bits and pieces to do. Looking for someone who is relaxed and can handle a bit of sand dust and noise when I start a new project.

Available for viewings most weekday mornings between 7am - 11am, weekends are possible too.
